We killed our best-performing channel last quarter.
It had the highest ROAS on the dashboard and it was quietly cannibalising organic. Here is how we found out — and what we would check first if I were you…
Now onboarding — Q3 2026 retainer partners
Websites that convert. Presence that compounds.
Build it. Run it. Grow it.
Domeq Solutions builds and runs the two assets you actually own — your website and your LinkedIn presence — and backs them with the full growth stack when you need it. One partner, one accountable system, no black boxes.

We build your website.
Then we keep it winning.
Most agencies hand over a site and disappear. A website is not a deliverable — it’s an asset that decays without attention. We design and develop it, then stay on as the team that keeps it fast, secure, current and converting.
- Design & development — custom builds on Webflow, WordPress or Shopify, designed around conversion rate rather than trends.
- Ongoing management — updates, backups, security patches, plugin hygiene and uptime monitoring, handled before you notice.
- Speed & Core Web Vitals — we hold your site to a performance budget and report against it every month.
- Content & CRO — unlimited small changes, plus a running test queue on the pages that carry revenue.
- Performance 98
- Accessibility 100
- SEO 100
- Uptime 99.9%

The founder posts.
The pipeline follows.
In B2B, people buy from people. We run both halves of your LinkedIn presence — the founder’s personal profile and the company page — as one editorial system. No cold outreach, no automation spam. Just consistent, credible content that makes the right people come to you.
- Founder profile — ghostwritten posts in your voice, profile positioning, and comment strategy that puts you in the right conversations.
- Company page — brand narrative, product news, culture and hiring content on a fixed weekly cadence.
- Content engine — a monthly interview with you becomes a month of posts, carousels and video scripts. Ninety minutes of your time.
- Reporting that matters — reach and follower growth, yes, but also profile views from target accounts and inbound conversations started.
The rest of the stack
Everything else, when you’re ready for it.
Websites and LinkedIn are where we go deepest — but growth rarely stays in one lane. These run under the same roof, the same reporting, and the same retainer.
Performance Marketing
Meta, Google and programmatic run as one budget against one target — with daily creative iteration and honest attribution.
SEO & Content
Technical fixes first, then a content engine built around commercial intent — not vanity keywords or traffic for its own sake.
Social & Creative
Short-form video, static and UGC shipped weekly by an in-house studio. Every asset tagged, tracked and judged on performance.
By the numbers
We report metrics that
survive a board meeting.
How we work
No black boxes.
Ever.
You get the same dashboard we do, the same day we do. Here’s the operating rhythm.
-
STEP 01
Diagnose
Two weeks inside your data. Site audit, funnel teardown, LinkedIn positioning review — before we touch anything.
-
STEP 02
Architect
A written plan with targets, scope and a 90-day roadmap. You approve it before a single hour is billed against it.
-
STEP 03
Execute
Weekly shipping cadence and a shared Slack channel where questions get answered in hours, not days.
-
STEP 04
Compound
Monthly reviews that kill what failed and double down on what worked. The system sharpens every cycle.
Selected work
Proof, not promises.
Website build + management
+68% conversion
Rebuilt a D2C storefront, then ran it for eighteen months
New architecture, a 4.1s to 1.1s load time, and a continuous test queue on the product and checkout pages. Revenue per session up 68% against the old site.
9x reach
Founder-led LinkedIn, from zero
Ninety minutes a month of founder time turned into three posts a week and 40+ inbound conversations.
312% organic
Marketplace SEO turnaround
Fixed 11,000 indexing errors and built a programmatic content layer around buyer intent.
The difference
What you’re used to.
What you get here.
Every agency says they’re different. Here is the specific, checkable version — hold us to it on the call.
| Area | A typical agency | Domeq |
|---|---|---|
| The engagement | Builds the site, invoices, moves on to the next client. | Builds it, then stays on to run it. That’s the whole model. |
| Who does the work | A senior pitches. A junior delivers once you’ve signed. | The person you meet on the call is the person doing the work. |
| Reporting | A monthly deck of impressions and reach. | A live dashboard you can open any day, plus one honest summary a month. |
| When something fails | Quietly reframed as a learning in the next deck. | You hear it from us first, with what we’re changing. |
| The contract | Twelve-month lock-in, awkward exit. | Monthly. Thirty days’ notice. No exit interview. |
| Who owns what | Site and ad accounts sit under the agency’s login. | Everything is in your name from day one. Always. |
Retainers
Straightforward plans.
No surprise invoices.
Monthly retainers, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Every plan includes a shared Slack channel and a monthly report you could forward to your board.

Client note
“We’d been through three agencies before Domeq. The difference is they showed up with a thesis instead of a deck — and then they were honest when the first one didn’t work.”
Who you’ll work with
You won’t be handed to an account manager.
I started Domeq after watching too many founders pay for decks instead of delivery. The pattern was always the same — an impressive pitch, a beautiful strategy document, then six months of vague reporting and a website nobody had touched since launch.
So the model here is deliberately narrow. We build the two assets you actually own — your website and your LinkedIn presence — and then we run them. Not a channel we rent from a platform. Not a campaign that stops the day you stop paying.
If you want to know whether I practise what I sell, the profile below is mine and I run it myself.

- Delhi NCR, working across India and the UAE
- Focus
- Website management and founder-led LinkedIn
- You get
- Direct access — no account manager in between
Before you ask
The questions
we actually get.
The awkward ones included. If yours isn’t here, ask it on the call.
What does “website management” actually include?
Updates, backups, security patches, plugin hygiene, uptime monitoring, speed against a set performance budget, and unlimited small content changes. Plus a running queue of conversion tests on whichever pages carry revenue. If something breaks at 2am, fixing it is our problem, not yours.
Do I need to already have a website?
No. If you don’t, we build one first — that starts at ₹1,20,000 and includes the first three months of management. If you do have one, we audit it and usually improve what’s there rather than insisting on a rebuild you don’t need.
How is this different from hiring a freelancer?
Cost, honestly, is similar at the lower end. The difference is continuity. A freelancer is unavailable when they take on a bigger project, and everything they know leaves with them. We document, we have cover, and the work carries on when one person is away.
Will the LinkedIn posts actually sound like me?
That’s the entire job. We interview you once a month for about ninety minutes and write from your own words, opinions and stories. You approve everything before it publishes. If a post doesn’t sound like you, it doesn’t go out — and after a few weeks the drafts need very little editing.
How much of my time does this take?
Roughly two hours a month. One ninety-minute recorded conversation, and short approvals in a shared channel. If we’re asking for more than that regularly, we’ve designed the process badly.
What’s the minimum commitment?
One month. Retainers run monthly with thirty days’ notice to stop. We don’t use annual lock-ins, because a contract is a poor substitute for doing work worth renewing.
Who owns the website, the content and the accounts?
You do, from day one. The domain, the hosting, the ad accounts, the LinkedIn profile, everything we write. It’s all registered in your name and we hold access, not ownership. If you leave, nothing needs migrating.
Do you work outside Delhi NCR and the UAE?
Yes — those are simply where most of our clients are. The work is remote either way, and we keep to hours that overlap comfortably with both IST and Gulf time.
What if it isn’t working?
You’ll hear it from us before you have to ask. Every month we say plainly what worked, what didn’t, and what changes next. If after ninety days the numbers haven’t moved and we can’t give you a credible reason why, you shouldn’t keep paying us and we’ll say so.
Can we start with just one service?
Yes. Most clients start with Website Care or LinkedIn alone and add the other once they trust the reporting. There’s no bundle you’re forced into.
